It will become the benchmark for sustainable housing development, meeting the projected 2015 Zero-Carbon targets. The project used cutting edge building technology in the form of SIPS panels which were tested for sound and airtightness by BSRIA and co-heating by Oxford Brooks University. Bluclad was an intrical part of the SIPS panel, providing a substrate for the final external render finish.
